What is Kite Club?

Kite Club has been set up as a way to stay in touch with and make new kitesurfing friends. I have met some amazing people through kitesurfing and if you are reading this because I sent you an invite then you must be one of them 😎

Let's face it, anyone who kitesurf's must be pretty cool yeah?

It has been set up because various groups on social media are either too big or too niche. In large groups people ask questions which are completely irrelevant to most of the users or offer stuff for sale on the other side of the planet, whereas small groups are difficult to find and not really relevant to short term visitors to a spot, and apart from what's new today you can never find anything that you want to...

So, I have taken matters into my own hands...

I am travelling the world kitesurfing for the next 2 years, and working on this website as a project to keep myself entertained.

Currently I am adding a geo-location based classifieds section so that users can search for and sell surplus kit to local kitsurfers.

I have lots of ideas and plans, but am open to suggestions as to what people would like to see here. Register on the site and put a suggestion in the General Chat section of the forum and if I think it's a good idea I will add it to my to do list!
